What We Offer
The Tipple Tin is available to hire for all kinds of celebrations. Whether it be a wedding, a birthday, a corporate event or a party for party's sake. - We would love to be the bar that 'wows' your guests.
Once you have booked The Tipple Tin for your event you can then choose how the bar is run:
The price of hiring us for your private event is just one standard booking fee of £200. There is no minimum spend expectation either - we want you to relax and enjoy your event without worrying about possible extra charges.
Our Event Package Includes:
The Tipple Tin horsebox bar for the duration of your event (or our indoor bar - coming June 2017)!
A bespoke drinks menu created especially for you.
A Temporary Event Notice to allow the sale of alcohol at your event.
Experienced, licensed staff to run the bar.
Disposable glassware, paper straws and napkins.
The use of our blackboards to personalise your event bar. (Feel free to decorate us with bunting etc too)!
This package is the most generous of packages. Guests will not be charged for drinks and a running tab will be kept throughout your event which can be settled at the end of the day/night by cash or card. You may wish to have a time or amount limited open bar and then continue the celebrations with a cash bar. The choices are endless and we will happily discuss these with you.
This package works just like a regular bar – guests pop up to our fully stocked bar and simply purchase their drink and pay by cash or card.
Bar Hire Only (This option is available at an additional rate of £45 per hour)
If you would prefer to supply your own drinks, that’s not a problem at all. You source the drinks and we will supply The Tipple Tin and our licenced staff to serve them allowing you all to enjoy your evening of drinks. Should you need any help in sourcing your alcohol and/or soft drinks then please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can help get you started or if you prefer, buy them on your behalf for a small fee.
